We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. 
However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns and exchanges carried out in accordance with the Minister in 2001. June 29. Order No. 217 approved return and exchange rules "and Minister of Economy in 2001. August 17. Order No. 258 approved the sale of items and services when the contracts are awarded by means of communication rules. 

Local shipping is free. The standard international shipping rate is 15€ (or 15$/15£). All of the items in an order must be shipped to a single address.
We work hard so you can have your order at the earliest possible date but please note it will take up to 2 weeks to ship your item as we are making it special for you. 
We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped, and you can track your order at old.post.lt/en or pressing the link that you will find at your account page.
