SHIPPING POLICY

Local shipping is free. The standard international shipping rate is 15€ (or 15$/£15). All of the items in an order must be shipped to a single address. We work hard so you can have your order at the earliest possible date. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped, and you can track your order at old.post.lt/en or pressing the link that you will find at your account page.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. 

However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

 

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Minister of Economy Order No. 217 in 2001 June 29 approved return and exchange rules and Minister of Economy Order No. 258 in 2001 August 17 approved the sale of items and services when the contracts are awarded by means of communication rules. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Credit/Debit/Prepaid Visa, MasterCard or American Express  cards can be used as payment. You can also pay with PayPal.

A bank has placed an authorization hold for recently canceled or changed orders. When you place an order, We'll contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge. If you cancelled your order, the authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. To remove an authorization, contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations for online orders.
